The Spiritual Leadership Program is designed to cultivate a profound understanding of values, ethics, and spiritual growth among our youth. This initiative focuses on developing ethical leaders who are deeply connected to their faith and principles. Through guided discussions, mentorship from spiritual and community leaders, and meaningful service projects, our New Lifers are encouraged to explore and strengthen their relationship with God and apply ethical principles in all aspects of life.

Components:

• Weekly Group Discussions on Ethical Dilemmas and Spiritual Themes: Facilitates engaging conversations that challenge participants to reflect on moral issues and spiritual questions, deepening their faith and ethical understanding.
• Mentoring by Spiritual and Community Leaders: Provides our youth with guidance and insights from experienced leaders, helping them navigate their spiritual journeys and ethical challenges.
• Service Projects Linked to Moral and Spiritual Themes: Offers practical opportunities to live out their faith and ethics, aligning their actions with their spiritual beliefs and values.
