Success in our program often correlates to success in school , we want to help youth to achieve both. Whether it’s homework or ironing out study-schedules, we strive to keep our youth motivated and prepared.
Our youth are more than what is simply seen. Not sure what this means. When given the space, we have seen our youth thrive through deep reflection and creativity. Whether it’s through dance, music, or other unique activities, we make it a point to incorporate art into our programming 2-3 times a week.
Physical health often correlates to mental and relational health. This is why we emphasize athletics as a key source to our youth experiencing community, discipline, and fun while being physically active. Whether through bowling nights, basketball leagues, or park outing New Life has seen Athletics play a pivotal role in the work we do.
One of the most important things we can teach our youth is that life doesn’t have to revolve around them. We regularly incorporate service events into our programming to give youth a chance to give back to their community, grow in compassion, and learn the joy of serving others.
We believe each of our youth bears the image of lives. They are fearfully and wonderfully made, known by God, who has a unique plan for their life that unfolds as they seek God and begin to follow His will. Our passion is to provide a safe place for youth to process life’s difficulties and disciple them to encounter God in the midst of it all.
